To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We gladly accept returns and exchanges on eligible items.

Order Cancellations

Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase

You may cancel your order within 30 days of receiving your item. The cancellation window closes 30 days from the date the goods are received by you or a third party you designate (excluding the carrier). To exercise your right to cancel, please notify us in writing at info@mocomusicschool.com.

We will issue your refund within 30 days of receiving the returned goods. Refunds are processed using the original method of payment, with no additional fees.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of the following products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless they arrive damaged or defective:

• Custom or personalized items
• Digital downloads
• Sale items
• Items unsealed or used for hygiene reasons
• Goods that deteriorate quickly or are past their expiration date
• Items that are inseparably mixed with other products after delivery

Custom Items
All custom orders are final sale and non-refundable. Please ensure all personalized details, including name spellings and finish selections, are accurate before submitting your order.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused and in their original packaging
• The return request must be made within 30 days of purchase
• Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs
• If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer may be responsible for any loss in value
• Moco Music School reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Restocking Fees

Returns or cancellations of non-customized stock items may be subject to a 20% restocking fee, at the sole discretion of Moco Music School.

Returning Goods

Buyers are responsible for the cost and risk of return shipping. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service. We cannot issue a refund without receiving the returned item or proof of delivery.

Gifts

If your item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive store credit for the value of your return. If the gift was sent to the giver first, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
